Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer you 100% satisfaction guarantee to your purchases. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns that meet our Returns Policy.

    -- Request a return within 14 days of your delivery date

    -- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and resalable condition

    -- Be returned with original tags, paper work and packaging

    -- Final Sale items are not eligible for a return

OORIGHT reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.


Return Process

-- Submit a return request by logging into your OORIGHT account, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the Return Items link

-- After submitting the request, you will see the Return Instructions and receive a confirmation email

-- Note that customers will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded

-- Follow the return instructions and prepare your package with the documents included

-- Ship your returned item(s) ASAP and ensure that it must arrive at OORIGHT office no later than 30 days after your delivery date

-- Please note that it is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier

-- Please insure all packages with a tracking number

We will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy and the original delivery fee. However, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s).


Faulty items

It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.



We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.


Cancelling an order

If you cancel the order before it shipped, we will refund you the full price including the original delivery fee; however, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s) after it shipped.



We will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy including the original delivery fee. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method OR as store credit to your OORIGHT account. We will process your refund once your return has been received. Please note that refunds may take up 2 to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
